Recognizing a need to serve the West Murfreesboro area, Stanlick Chiropractic expanded. The Fortress Boulevard location opened in November 2018. Located conveniently right off I-24, our Fortress Office and Dr. Mike Cooper have continued the high-quality of care that is expected at ALL Stanlick Chiropractic locations. Our West Murfreesboro office also offers spinal decompression therapy and laser treatments, provided by three amazing staff members!
